Duties and Responsibilities
Tarsus is seeking a highly motivated Associate Director of Program Management to play a vital role in advancing a growing pipeline through early and late-stage development. This position will directly report to the Director, Program Management and will work closely with Program Teams and relevant sub-teams to support program progress and enable delivery of key R&D goals. Additionally, this role will also play a key role in managing alliances through the alliance life cycle and contribute to the success of the partnership. The individual will be responsible for stakeholder management for alliance governance and contribute to conflict resolution.

The expected base pay range for this position is $161,200 - $225,800 plus bonus, stock equity, and comprehensive benefits. The base pay range reflects the target range for this position, but individual pay will be determined by additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
