Compares TV vs Digital using first-principles media delivery
Establishes thought leadership based on platform analytics and GTM storytelling
Owns cross-functional strategic projects and solves ambiguous, high-impact analytical challenges
Operational KRAs
Reviews and refining data led GTM narratives for accuracy and strategic use
Architects analytics dashboards used across Sales, GTM and Product
Presents insights to senior leadership and drives decisions at channel/cluster/network levels
Autonomy & Decision-Making
High autonomy; independent prioritizes, defines analytical frameworks and decisions. Seeks senior alignment only for high-impact choices
Leadership & People Responsibilities
Leads project specific teams
Mentors and upskills junior analysts
May set objectives, give performance input and guide capability building

Preferred Education & Experience
MBA with 8–12 years in media analytics, planning or revenue strategy roles within broadcasters/media publishers. Expert in BARC, TV measurement, cross-media modelling and portfolio-level analysis.
