As Scout’s Associate Director of Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the financial performance of our growing portfolio of utility-scale wind and solar assets. Working alongside a team of specialized analysts, day-ahead and real-time traders, and asset managers, you will collaborate closely with our Project Finance, Operations, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless operations and maximum performance from each asset.
The Associate Director of Asset Management will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets (solar, wind, storage, etc.). This includes financial, commercial, stakeholder relations, compliance, and operational aspects of the assets under your management. Your ability to integrate knowledge across these areas will enable the company to make informed, data-driven decisions that drive operational excellence.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Asset Management, this newly created role reflects the expansion of our portfolio and our commitment to maintaining best-in-class asset performance. You will be relied upon to conduct deep financial analyses, identify optimization opportunities, and lead initiatives to achieve a better operational state.

Located in or willingness to relocate to a commutable distance to our Boulder, CO office is preferred. Remote work arrangement will be considered for the right candidate.
This position requires up to 25% travel to operating sites in the U.S.

Benefits
Target base salary: $160,000- $180,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate.)
