RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deep expertise in scaling hiring programs across diverse geographies, with a proven ability to align talent supply with business demand and build a future-ready fulfilment engine.
  • Assess and enhance hiring health at the country level, identifying systemic challenges and scalable opportunities.
  • Design and implement strategic fulfilment frameworks that optimize speed, quality, and cost while addressing critical business needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior hiring managers and fulfilment teams, fostering leadership depth and operational excellence.
  • Champion innovation in processes, governance, and systems to ensure agility, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage global talent intelligence and local market insights to inform targeted interventions and proactive strategies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and governance while maintaining flexibility to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce readiness, talent supply, and strategic hiring challenges.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
