We are looking for a highly driven Associate Director of Sales for our Startups segment to lead and scale a team of Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition in key markets around the globe. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of a 7–10-member Account Executive team and play a pivotal role in defining a brand-new GTM motion for one of Sprinto’s most exciting, fast-scaling segments. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in building from first principles, loves the challenge of outbound-heavy motions, and wants to make a direct impact on company-level growth initiatives. What Your Impact Will Look Like:
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives focused on startups globally.
  • Build a high-performance, outbound-first culture that consistently beats targets.
  • Design and refine a repeatable GTM playbook for this segment.
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to sharpen ICP, messaging, and funnel conversion.
  • Ensure AEs are fully leveraging a best-in-class outbound tool stack to generate and close their own pipeline.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance rituals with sales leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Marketing to support and generate ROI from on-ground activations and events. 
  • Shape experiments around territory coverage, travel, and (over time) potential local hiring in key markets.
  • What You’ll Bring To The Team:
  • 8–12 years in B2B SaaS sales with at least 3 years leading AE teams.
  • Strong track record running outbound-heavy motions and building self-sourced pipeline.
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
  • Data-driven operator who uses metrics to coach, diagnose, and improve performance.
  • Excellent people leader: you set a clear bar, give direct feedback, and invest in your team's growth.
  • Hands-on with tools like HubSpot/Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and sales engagement platforms.
