Position Summary
The Associate Director/Director of Finance and Operations is a key leadership role at Civitas Networks for Health, responsible for the overall management and execution of the organization’s financial, human resources, and operational functions. This position reports to the Vice President of Programs and Operations and serves as the lead for all internal operations, including finance and accounting, compliance, HR administration, technology systems, and organizational processes.
As the internal team member leading these areas, the Director collaborates with outsourced vendors, consultants, and the leadership team to ensure effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement in support of Civitas’ mission. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on professional seeking an impactful opportunity in a fast-paced, fully remote nonprofit organization.
