Role Purpose

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining sustainable long-term client relationships with our key clients in France. Responsibility extends to driving revenue opportunities and pipeline creation for all Control Risks Service Lines.

The candidate should be a proven sales account manager with a broad range of experience in a consultative selling environment and an interest in advising clients on geopolitical, compliance and security issues. Expertise in managing Accounts for a globally operating service provider or professional services firm is a must.

We are looking for a candidate with a high interest to develop into / taking over partial consulting tasks.

Tasks and Responsibilities

The key requirement of this role is to drive sales through consultative engagement with new and existing clients. To achieve this, you will:

  • Manage and grow the account management portfolio in France to meet or exceed budgeted targets.
  • Maintain and grow active relationships.
  • Actively monitor and report on new sales in your territory to ensure they are properly implemented and to ensure pipeline, sales and invoice of clients is accurately reported.
  • Perform regular Client visits to identify the customer needs and highlight any cross-selling opportunities to the relevant regions or our partners. Confidently talk about the various solutions, tools and technology offerings within our business.
  • Provide commercial support for proposals, scoping, and pricing. and work closely with the service lines in our 41 worldwide offices.
  • Attend industry and content related events, including organizing client events.
  • Actively being involved in creating a business development strategy.
  • Develop and execute the Account Management strategy.

Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

  • Solid experience selling consultancy services with a strong preference for selling risk management, compliance and/or security services.
  • An understanding of compliance, security and risk management issues affecting all industries.
  • Experience and a clear understanding of how to target, develop and manage prospects, maintain client relationships and foster networks in relevant business communities.
  • A strong business development track record.
  • Ability to work locally, regionally and globally with internal and external key client stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and analyse complex problems and situations, and to scope and distil solutions in a concise manner in writing, conversation and presentation.
  • Knowledge of and experience in working in France, ideally including a network of relevant contacts in the French business and government communities.

  • Strong interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong client facing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to scope and manage complex projects across services and geographies.
  • Team player, willing and able to progress in a constantly changing environment.
  • Master’s level education preferable
  • Fully fluent French speaker. Fluency in English, Spanish or Italian language skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently; well-organized and effective in a results-driven environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
