W Health has set up India’s first healthcare focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech and BabyMD and Everhope Oncology.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a Consumer Insights leader to own end-to-end consumer research across our portfolio. This person will uncover sharp, actionable insights using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, and translate them into clear implications for product design, service delivery, pricing, positioning, and brand building. You will work at the intersection of strategy, product, and growth—helping multiple early-stage ventures make better, faster, consumer-led decisions.
This is an individual-contributor role with high ownership and visibility. The ideal candidate is early-to-mid career, highly analytical and empathetic, methodologically strong, and excited by ambiguity and fast iteration.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• Education:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Design Thinking, Design Research, Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Public Health, or related fields.
- Strong preference for candidates with formal education or training from leading design-led institutes, such as National Institute of Design (NID), Industrial Design Centre (IDC), IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati (Design programs) OR equivalent globally recognized design-focused institutions.
- Recognised Design Thinking / Human-Centered Design certifications (e.g., IDEO, Stanford d.school, HFI, etc.) are a strong plus.
• Experience:
- 4–8years of experience in consumer insights, design research, human-centered research, or new product development research.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in FMCG or Pharma environments, particularly those involved in New product innovation/ Consumer-led product or service design / Early-stage concept development and validation.
