Position Overview:
  • Partner with Sales and Management teams in defining, implementing and delivering analytical capabilities for Medscape’s growing business
  • Partner with sales team to develop and present comprehensive, value-driven physician/HCP-targeted marketing campaigns for Medscape’s most strategic client-partnerships
  • Provide oversight and hands-on management to strategic deals throughout their life cycle across pre-sale, post-sale execution and measurement, and renewal stages
  • Partner with colleagues on cross-functional teams (e.g. Statistical Services, Market Research, Business Intelligence) to align marketing strategies and plans, build custom marketing solutions, and implement analytics-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and mitigate risk for Medscape
  • Conduct thorough analyses of campaign performance and strategy to generate actionable intelligence and clearly communicate and present insights to respective clients
  • Develop sound understanding of Medscape’s product portfolio, historical performance according to various therapeutic categories and audience segments, promotional impact measurement methodology, and data capabilities of various analytics partners
  • Leverage learnings and best practices from current business to expand similar capabilities into other parts of the business
  • Tackle complex and ambiguous problems with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Create recommendations and action plans for solving problems
  • Travel as needed for important client meetings (10% - 20%)
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • High energy, disciplined self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven leadership skills
  • Experience with marketing and business metrics and analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital healthcare marketing
  • Experience building, interpreting and presenting data driven dashboards 
 
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000
 
Bonus Eligible:
This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
