GCS is JioStar’s growth engine focused on acquiring and scaling new and mid-market advertisers across digital and cross-screen platforms. The team drives incremental revenue through structured GTM, outcome-led selling, and platform solutioning across Mobile, CTV and omnichannel formats. GCS combines commercial ownership with data, measurement, and ad-tech enablement- making it a high-impact, growth-oriented mandate within JioStar’s revenue architecture.  What you’ll do:
  • Brand Solutions/Bespoke Content & Integrations: Translate brand objectives from briefs and research into integration-led solutions across live environments and customized branded content. Identify opportunities across platforms that maximise sponsor value while aligning with audience engagement. Develop solution frameworks that balance creativity, feasibility, and commercial impact. 
  • Campaign Ownership & Execution: Own end-to-end development and delivery of integrated brand campaigns. Drive planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution across functions to ensure timelines, quality standards, and campaign objectives are met. 
  • Client Enablement & Pitch Development: Partner with sales and senior stakeholders to shape pitches, proposals, and campaign reporting. Develop persuasive narratives and presentation material, leveraging AI-enabled tools where relevant to enhance storytelling, research depth, and visual articulation. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, production, programming, product, and other internal teams to translate concepts into executable plans and ensure seamless implementation across campaign stages. 
  • Insights, Research & Performance Tracking: Leverage audience insights, market research, and trend tracking to inform solution development and campaign planning. Monitor campaign performance, consolidate results, and contribute to reporting, case studies, and award submissions. Utilize analytics tools to enable data-informed optimisation. 
  • Skills & Attributes for Success:
  • 10–12 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years in relevant brand solutions, branded content, integrations, media partnerships, or campaign strategy roles.
  • Strong creative thinking combined with the ability to translate ideas into executable plans.
  • Proven ability to build compelling pitch narratives, proposals, and client-facing decks.
  • Comfort working with data, insights, and performance metrics to inform decision making.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable leveraging emerging tools and demonstrates strong AI literacy, applying them to creative ideation, research, and building compelling client narratives and decks.
