The team consists of versatile designers from varied backgrounds. We look for best possible designs
within the given budget. Multifaceted deliverables, simultaneously working on different projects is a
regular routine. We handle License brands and private labels across categories which keeps us busy
looking for new ideas on daily basis. Working as a team player and on aligned vision is critical for us to be
ahead of our competition.

Roles & Responsibilities
 Design licensed footwear for recognized international brands as well as Private Label brands for
Indian market
 Analyze trends to develop innovative color, material, and pattern applications
 Work directly with the business & development teams to keep within a costing budget
 Responsible for developing commercial, well executed styles across multi-Product categories,
working collaboratively with both sourcing and quality teams
 Collaborating with the brand license team for seasonal directions and brand approvals
 Trend research and trend translation for creation of seasonal concepts presentation
 Creating range, tech packs and CADs with designs as per brand language
 Communicating with all stakeholders as per project requirements and timeline calendar
 Attending fit/material meetings for pre-production samples

Qualifications & Experience
 Bachelor of Design specialization in Footwear
 High level of Proficiency in In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint
2- 3 yrs  Experience  in the creation of design packages and execution of product designs
 Ability to respond quickly to multiple projects with strong time management skills. Strong ability to
set priorities and manage deadlines.
 Highly organized and self-motivated, with a critical eye for detail.
 Ability to work and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
