Associate Delivery Manager - 2026

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to support delivery of our regulatory reporting solutions for multi-jurisdictional financial clients. This role provides the opportunity to independently manage delivery workstreams across multiple client engagements and provide structured guidance to teams navigating regulatory and technical challenges.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery across multiple implementation workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines.

• Engage directly with client stakeholders, providing clear and structured updates.
• Work autonomously to manage risks, issues and interdependencies.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, to maintain momentum and deliver quality outcomes.
• Contribute to refining delivery methodology and improving internal processes.
• Provide informal guidance to junior delivery team members.

Required experience / skills

• 4+ years' experience in technical delivery, project coordination or consulting within regulatory reporting or RegTech, to include SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with clients in a delivery capacity.
• Strong understanding of data models and their role in reporting and system behaviour.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable delivery activities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery progress.

Desirable

• Experience across multiple regulatory regimes.
• Comfort participating in pre-sales or RFP discussions when required.
• Interest in contributing ideas to product or methodology evolution.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.
• Remote employees will have the opportunity to travel to the London office on a quarterly basis.
