What we are looking for

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Research Associate to join our Team. In this role, you will support the team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to drive insights and decision-making across various projects. Your work will directly contribute to advancing our understanding of key data trends, enhancing research capabilities, and ensuring the integrity of the data used in decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in data research 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and compiling relevant datasets from internal and external sources to support research initiatives.
  • Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency is maintained across research projects.
  • Collaborate with senior researchers to brainstorm and execute data research projects
  • Assist in maintaining data quality by conducting regular data audits and performing quality control tasks.
  • Provide ad-hoc research support as needed for ongoing or new projects within the data research team.
  • Ensure the data is entered correctly and in the expected format
  • Note any discrepancies, non-conforming data, or other issues and escalate it if necessary
