In Data Operations, you will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders and external clients. You will be responsible for managing the daily operational tasks, supporting business needs and developing best practice and efficiencies. Your range of duties will include custom segment setup and data activation, report preparation, troubleshooting and providing solutions and advice from a technical feasibility standpoint. You will be the expert and go-to-person in providing solutions to clients based on their goals and requirements.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand advertising platforms and data suppliers’ business
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with internal teams and external supply and platform clients, attending to their questions and requests
  • Perform platform UI setup configurations
  • Manage data collection from multiple sources to curate and ensure data flow to platform partners
  • Work with the Data Operations and Tech teams in Singapore and India directly to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Support quarterly taxonomy activation by setting up campaigns across all platforms
  • Monitor and report on platforms data flow to ensure the system is operating correctly
  • Maintain an accurate and updated status in ticketing system
  • Support teams in US, UK, Australia and Singapore on any urgent requests during their offline hours
  • Document new integrations and processes
  • Key Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience
  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the advertising/publishing industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (able to use pivot tables and lookups)
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
  • Basic technical understanding of and direct operational experience with ad serving, tag implementation, etc would be an advantage
  • Basic understanding of digital and programmatic advertising landscape would be an advantage
  • Proactive, with a great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strong technical/analytical aptitude
  • Great team spirit and ability to work independently
  • Quick learner who loves to learn new tools for reporting and analysis
  • Commitment to customer focused work and ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
