About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, detail-driven, and business-savvy professional passionate about turning data into decisions and automating workflows with AI. This isn’t just a dashboarding role – it's about enabling smarter, faster, and more informed decision-making across the company using modern analytics and AI automation capabilities.

This role will be central to deploying AI-powered, collaborative analytics solutions and significantly contributing to our BI maturity. It will also focus on empowering business users and providing executive-level insights through advanced automation. From ensuring data accuracy and building impactful dashboards to orchestrating AI-driven workflows and collaborating with data scientists, this role is crucial for scaling a culture of intelligent, insight-driven operations through automation.

What You’ll Do

AI Automation & Orchestration:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and intelligent agents using platforms like n8n, Langflow, or similar low-code/no-code orchestration tools.
• Integrate AI models and analytics solutions into business processes to drive efficiency, personalization, or automation across functions.
• Support the deployment of machine learning models by ensuring the right data, context, explainability, and automated triggers are in place.
• Automate repetitive tasks and orchestrate complex data flows to augment business decisions.

Interactive Analytics Platform:

• Build collaborative dashboards with annotation, threaded discussions, and rich user engagement capabilities.
• Integrate with Slack and other collaboration tools to enable seamless communication around data.

QA, Governance, and Data Trust:

• Implement alerting systems and pipeline validation for proactive issue detection.
• Build automated tests to validate data models, joined data integrity, and ETL accuracy.
• Build confidence by ensuring accuracy across all analytics layers.

Power Business Impact through AI and Analytics:

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to design solutions that solve real problems.
• Use data and advanced analytics to uncover opportunities, improve operations, and challenge assumptions.
• Contribute to predictive insights that drive efficiency, personalization, or automation across functions.

Own and Improve End-to-End Analytics & Automation Solutions:

• Coordinate with IT for upstream integration needs.
• Ensure insights flow cleanly from data sources to dashboards and stakeholder hands.
• Proactively identify blockers and opportunities in the analytics and automation workflow.

Champion a Data-Driven & Automation Culture:

• Empower users with training, documentation, and thoughtful design for both BI and automation tools.
• Facilitate feedback loops to continuously improve solutions.
• Help scale self-service BI and responsible AI practices across teams, emphasizing automation.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years or more experience in analytics, BI, data-focused roles, or specifically in workflow automation/orchestration.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agent frameworks, low-code/no-code automation platforms such as n8n, Langflow, or similar orchestration tools.
• Expertise in Tableau for building clean, insightful dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills (we use PostgreSQL via tools like pgAdmin / DBeaver).
• Prior experience enabling executive-level dashboards and designing proactive insights.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration – product, ops, IT, or data science teams.
• A mindset for quality – validating data, checking assumptions, and building trust in automated processes and insights.
• Experience with workflow automation tools like Apache Airflow is a strong plus.

Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess

• Familiarity with Salesforce and SaaS business KPIs.
• An understanding of ML workflows and how you can support model monitoring through automation.
• Passion for responsible AI, explainability, and ethical data use in automated systems.
• A strong interest in prototyping intelligent agents that can automate repetitive tasks, orchestrate data flows, and augment business decisions.

Core Competency Distribution:-

1) AI Workflow Automation & Orchestration (approx. 45-50% focus): This primarily involves designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows using low-code/no-code orchestration tools and integrating AI models into business processes.

2) Power Business Impact through AI and Analytics / Own and Improve QA, Governance, and Data Trust (approx. 25-30% focus):

These combines collaborating to solve real business problems, ensuring clean data flow from sources to stakeholders, proactively identifying issues, and maintaining data accuracy and governance through testing and validation.

3) Analytics & BI (approx. 15-20% focus): This centers on creating collaborative dashboards with user engagement features and integrating with collaboration tools.
