Assist customers in connecting their Amazon and Walmart accounts to our platform.
Lead kickoff calls with new customers to understand their goals, KPIs, and current campaign structures.
Collaborate with the customer to rebuild client campaigns within our platform, ensuring they are set up for long-term success.
Interface with customers to support inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance related to platform usage.
Provide product training and support to customers, answering questions on how to use our platform effectively.
Conduct quarterly check-ins with customers to review performance and provide insights and recommendations.
Generate and deliver performance dashboards to clients, highlighting key metrics and campaign performance.
Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate billing and invoicing for clients.
Create educational content for our Help center to guide customers on strategy and product features.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or product onboarding roles, preferably in the e-commerce or advertising technology industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Walmart.
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
