Job Summary : The Associate Creative Director – Non-Fiction is a critical creative role responsible for driving cohesive storytelling and narrative consistency across large-scale non-fiction properties. The role focuses on strengthening season arcs, weekend episodes, live streams, and marquee specials, while providing hands-on creative supervision across casting, episodic execution, and live content delivery.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive creative framework, season arcs, and narrative consistency across large-scale non-fiction shows, with emphasis on weekend episodes and marquee moments
  • Lead and support casting decisions by identifying strong on-screen personalities and collaborating with talent teams, agencies, and production partners
  • Own creative supervision from scripting to final masters for launches, weekend specials, and finales, ensuring strong episodic flow, drama points, GFX integration, and adherence to content standards
  • Conceptualize and execute film, web series, celebrity, and brand integrations, including anchor links, customized branded moments, contests, and on-ground integrations aligned with creative and commercial objectives
  • Supervise live streams and platform-specific content, ensuring smooth playout, compliance, and optimized viewer experience through cross-functional coordination
  • Oversee delivery of platform-specific marketing creatives and celebrity-led promotional content to drive viewer engagement and platform interaction
  • Supervise all promotional deliverables for weekend episodes, including host-led integrations and platform interactivity promos (e.g., voting, chats, gamification, contests)
  • Brief, review, and refine promo content to ensure alignment with the show’s narrative arc and marketing objectives

  • Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in mass communication, Media Studies, Film, Television, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in non-fiction, reality, or live content across broadcast or streaming platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in creative supervision, episodic execution, and live content delivery.
  • Prior experience on large format, tentpole non-fiction shows preferred.
