Collaborate with diverse teams to create innovative campaigns for major consumer packaged goods clients, while leading cutting-edge projects that leverage AI technology.

Please note that we will never request payment or bank account information at any stage of the recruitment process. As we continue to grow our teams, we urge you to be cautious of fraudulent job postings or recruitment activities that misuse our company name and information. As ACD (Copy), you’ll conceptualize, write, pitch, and produce work with one of our largest consumer packaged goods clients. Our ideal candidate is a team-oriented, highly skilled, and infinitely imaginative writer with an eye for detail and an appetite for disruptive innovation. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about seeking new possibilities, being part of a nimble, AI-forward team, and creating impactful work.

In this role, you’ll partner with art directors, account managers, creative directors, strategists, producers, creative technologists, and others on a wide range of deliverables. If you have a background in getting high-level, innovative concepts off the ground and into the world, you’ll love this role.

We’re open to both strong solo creatives and established art–copy teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop concepts and copy for anything an integrated campaign may require—from taglines and scripts to digital activations and innovation pilots.
  • Write clear, resonant copy with a hyper-focus on brand voice and tone. From the single line that defines the platform to the many headlines that dimensionalize the campaign across every touchpoint.
  • Be a proactive, self-starting creative capable of tackling multiple briefs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Go beyond the brief with ideas on how to push our work and concepts further.
  • Edit and proofread copy as needed.
  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, creative directors, and project managers on large- and small-scale marketing projects.
  • Write and create compelling decks for internal and external presentations.
  • Continuously raise the bar for the quality of writing, developing both yourself and others.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape—especially developments in AI.

About You

The essentials:

  • 7+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple formats (digital, video, social, etc.) with multiple tones of voice across multiple brands.
  • Experience crafting brand voice, tone, and style guidelines to ensure consistent language across touchpoints.
  • A blend of creativity and critical thinking; your analytical approach enables you to ask the right questions and make sense of content and sales strategies.
  • Comfort working independently as well as collaboratively. Our creative directors can rely on you to run the creative portion of a pitch or project independently.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • An appetite to evolve your writing and concepting process alongside the continued development of AI tools and functionalities.
  • Comfort jumping in at any stage of a project—from first ideas to final words—always delivering tight work, even under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with consumer packaged goods is ideal.
