Creative lead driving end‑to‑end storytelling across TV, OTT, digital, and social—owning quality from brief to final delivery while steering vision, production, and execution. Adept at solutioning, pitching, cross‑functional collaboration, and mentoring teams to deliver standout brand‑first content.
Key Responsibilities
1) Creative Ownership and Output Quality
Own creative quality from brief to final delivery for assigned projects.
Translate brand objectives into strong, audience-first storytelling across TV, OTT, digital, and social.
Drive ideation, narrative development, format creation, and creative packaging.
2) Brief Solutioning and Pitch Development
Participate in brief intake with Sales and leadership to decode brand problems and success metrics.
Develop multiple solution routes with clear format rationale and differentiators.
Build pitch narratives and contribute to client-ready decks and presentations.
3) Creative Supervision and Vision-to-Screen Direction
Lead creative supervision beyond scripts, including look and feel, visual detailing, narrative treatment, and world-building of the project.
Drive PPM readiness by aligning on tone, staging, styling, key moments, brand cues, and creative intent across stakeholders.
Partner with Execution and Production to evaluate and onboard the best-suited production house, director, and creative partners for each project.
Supervise creative output across shoot and post, maintaining the right balance between content authenticity and brand expectations, ensuring final deliverables meet JCW benchmarks.
4) Execution Alignment and Delivery Ownership
Work closely with Execution and Production teams to protect creative intent during shoot and post.
Review edits, outputs, and final masters, providing consolidated creative feedback for quality control.
Flag risks early including scope creep, timeline issues, or quality trade-offs.
5) Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Sales, execution, Programming, Marketing and vendors.
Coordinate with external partners such as production houses, directors, talent teams, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
6) Team Workflow and Pod Management
Manage producer workflow, allocate tasks, maintain timelines, and ensure structured project movement.
Ensure documentation hygiene, approvals tracking, and version control across decks, scripts, and deliverables.
7) Talent Development and Culture
Mentor producers and junior creatives through structured feedback, capability building, and creative coaching.
Maintain accountability, creative rigour, and team morale within the pod.
Skills & Attributes for success
· End‑to‑end creative ownership across TV, OTT, digital, and social, with strong storytelling and narrative development skills.
· Expertise in pitch strategy, brief solutioning, and crafting differentiated creative routes.
· Strong production and execution oversight—including PPM readiness, shoot supervision, and post‑production quality control.
· Effective cross‑functional collaborator with Sales, Programming, Marketing, Production, and external partners.
· Skilled in workflow management, documentation discipline, and leading structured creative processes.
· People‑focused leader with strengths in mentoring, capability building, and maintaining creative rigor within teams.
Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Advertising, Film, or related creative fields.
12+ years of experience in creative development, branded content, ad‑sales solutions, or integrated marketing.
Strong background in TV, OTT, digital video, or content‑led brand solutions.
Experience collaborating with production houses, directors, and cross‑functional creative/brand teams.
Proven track record of taking campaigns from brief to screen, with hands‑on involvement in pre‑production, shoot, and post‑production stages.
Prior experience leading creative pods/teams and managing workflows, pitches, and multi‑platform deliverables.
