As ACD (Art), you’ll conceptualize, design, pitch, and produce work with one of our largest consumer packaged goods clients. Our ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, craft-obsessed visual thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a strong appetite for disruptive innovation. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who’s excited by new ways of working, thrives in a nimble, AI-forward team, and wants to create work that genuinely stands out in the world.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with copywriters, designers, account managers, creative directors, strategists, producers, creative technologists, and other creatives across a wide range of deliverables. If you have a track record of turning ambitious ideas into beautifully executed work, and of pushing concepts from first spark to final execution, you’ll feel right at home here.

We’re open to both strong solo creatives and established art–copy teams

Responsibilities:

  • Develop bold concepts and visual systems for fully dimensional campaigns, spanning brand worlds, design languages, film, digital activations, social, and innovation pilots.
  • Create clear, resonant visual work with a hyper-focus on brand expression, from the single visual idea that defines the platform to the many executions that dimensionalize it across every touchpoint.
  • Be a proactive, self-starter who can juggle multiple briefs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Go beyond the brief, constantly pushing ideas, aesthetics, and systems to elevate the work and unlock new creative potential.
  • Oversee, refine, and polish visual output to ensure craft, consistency, and excellence across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, creative directors, strategists, producers, project managers, and creative technologists on both large- and small-scale projects.
  • Design and build compelling decks and visual narratives for internal reviews and external presentations.
  • Continuously raise the bar for visual craft, actively developing yourself while mentoring others on the team.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging visual culture, and the evolving creative landscape—especially the impact of AI on design, production, and creative workflows.
