Role Overview
Chartis Revenue Cycle Associate Consultants are integral members of our consulting teams, generally working on a single engagement to meet client needs while under the direction of and collaborating closely with colleagues. Our project teams are dynamic, usually consisting of 2-4 members and often involve cross-practice collaboration. Client engagements often span 3-12 months in duration.
Our purpose in the Revenue Cycle Practice is to be the unrivaled, objective, and forward-thinking strategic advisor for prescriptive, transformative revenue cycle consulting. The ultimate result is a sustainable, functional, and optimal revenue cycle model that nimbly supports organizational strategy and enables organizations to realize their full revenue potential.

Qualifications and Desired Skills
Salary range: $92,000 - $110,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
