The Role

As a Communications Associate at AlphaSights, you will be responsible for driving our brand forward across 2,000+ global colleagues and 100,000+ candidates annually. You will create content and experiences that not only reflect our brand, but also bring energy to our organization. This is a great opportunity if you are motivated, hardworking, and excited about producing high-impact content to guide and direct our global audience.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our global senior leadership team to curate our firm-wide events calendar, and manage the end-to-end delivery of it, from content creation to audience experience.
• Work with our global recruiting teams to create multi-media talent marketing collateral that engages and attracts top talent.
• Develop and execute internal communications to enhance colleague engagement and promote positive company culture.
• Build the company’s brand presence across social media platforms, prominent awards programs, and news outlets.
• Coordinate with our internal design teams to produce consistent, high-quality branded touchpoints across all of the above.

Who You Are

• Looking to launch a career in corporate communications.
• Strong academic credentials: Undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above.
• Effective communicator: You demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication that allows you to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives across different formats.
• Meticulous: You hold yourself to high standards and have an obsessive attention to detail.
• Creative: You have a strong visual intuition, creating content that is both aesthetically energizing and strategically aligned with project goals.
