About the Role
We're hiring an Associate Brand Manager to be the right hand to the Brand Manager of Verb, one of Pathfinder's portfolio brands. This role is operations-first: you'll own the systems, reporting, and coordination that keep the brand running smoothly day to day. But it doesn't stop there. You'll also touch marketing, customer experience, and product, giving you a full-picture
view of how a consumer brand actually operates. Think of this as the number two seat on a small, fast-moving brand team. Your job is to keep things tight, free up the Brand Manager's time for high-leverage decisions, and take real ownership of your work rather than waiting to be told what to do. The right person for this role wants to eventually run a brand themselves. This is how you get there.
What You'll Do
Operations and Inventory
● Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and 3PLs
● Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts
● Flag risks early and keep the Brand Manager informed Project Management
● Own task management and keep internal coordination tight
● Help plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
● Make sure nothing falls through the cracks Marketing Support
● Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
● Draft social media posts, email content, and creative briefs
● QA landing pages, ads, and website updates Customer Experience
● Respond to support tickets and help drive improvements in customer satisfaction
● Monitor feedback and surface issues related to product or fulfillment
Who You Are
You're hardworking, entrepreneurial, and hungry to learn. You've probably tinkered with e-commerce yourself, maybe tried to start something on the side, maybe sold on Shopify or Amazon, maybe helped run someone else's brand. You don't need a decade of experience, but you need to have gotten your hands dirty and understand how online brands actually operate. You're organized, proactive, and you take pride in your work. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen. Above all, you're the kind of person who wants to grow into running a brand yourself one day. This role is built for that path.
Requirements
● Hands-on e-commerce experience, ideally with Shopify and familiarity across multiple
parts of a brand (ops, marketing, CX, or product)
● Strong written and verbal communication in English
● Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
● Entrepreneurial mindset, whether that's a side hustle, a small brand you tried to build, or
just a deep curiosity about how consumer businesses work
● Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment
● Smart, coachable, and eager to grow fast
