Responsibilities:
Provide legal support across all stages of case management, including research, drafting, discovery, negotiations, and court appearances.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
Manage assigned caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Assist in developing case strategies and identifying potential legal issues or risks.
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings as required.
Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal teams.
Organize and manage case files, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to legal procedures.
Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to practice areas.
