Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, with a preference for those with a background in construction law.
  • Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Demonstrated experience in case preparation for trial or arbitration.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, providing clarity on legal and practical issues in construction disputes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must hold a valid law license in Missouri or Ohio.
