Associate Approvals Manager

About the role

  • Process product, packaging, and marketing approvals (physical and digital) globally  for high-touch IPs
  • Manage office inventory 
  • Create and maintain IP-specific style guides / usage guides
  • Maintain and present communication and status reports with a global organization 
  • Collaborate and partner with Licensees and Licensors
  • Gather and analyze Licensee / Retailer goals and products to facilitate approvals
  • Curate data and interpretation (approval rates, speed, etc.)
  • Artwork curation: collecting, organizing, commissioning
  • Global orchestration of mail samples 
  • Additional projects as requested

We are considering applicants for the location of Dallas. 

About You

  • 5+ years of professional work experience, 1-2 in product approvals
  • Professional communication skills
  • Experience with complex project management and working through ambiguity 
  • Experience working independently and applying self quality assessments  
  • 3+ Years of experience working within the entertainment industry 
  • Technology and tools experience:  Google Suite, MyMediaBox, etc.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

The Collectibles team at Crunchyroll is dedicated to bringing outstanding experiences, products, and game collaborations to anime fans around the world. We license anime franchises to third-party companies to launch products across all categories from toys & games, fashion, and home decor to experiences and digital games and goods. The team is made up of pop culture fans who love bringing brands to life through innovative products and experiences, retail and digital marketing activations, and gaming collaborations.
