The Position

Associate Analyst - Licensing Coordinator

 

 What you will do:



You will be working with an international client who is one of the largest toy producers and movie houses in the world with a blockbuster release. Your role and responsibilities will be as follows:



  • Meeting with Malibu and Brand Comply stakeholders to ascertain product roadmap and targets
  • Quality improvement in form of raising tickets for system bugs and enhancement opportunities
  • Managing a region in terms of uploading, meta-tagging and filing digital assets in Malibu
  • Entering meta data for Vertical Toy SKUs in Salisfy
  • Creating Process Workflow documents for team and internal standardization processes
  • Onboarding new users and Licensees to all licensing systems
  • Creating internal-facing-marketing materials for the Licensing Asset team
  • Helpdesk triage of system tickets
  • Ad Hoc tasks

 

 



What you will bring to the role:

You should have a strong knowledge of business processes, strong mindset, cognitive abilities and attention to detail. You’ll also need to have good time management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The applicant should have good communication skills in speaking and writing to understand requirements and create documentation of processes. The applicant should be a self-starter and collaborative to engage with different team members

 

Who you need to be:



  • 1-2 years of experience in Coordination in product companies. Experience in Licensing Coordination would be an advantage
  • Undergraduate degree is mandatory
  • Experience creating and contributing to documentation and workflows, mapping and tagging
  • Experience in ticketing tools of Helpdesk, Service now is an advantage
