The Accountant is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records. This position is ideal for a recent graduate seeking to begin a career in accounting within a collaborative and supportive environment. The role assists with financial reporting, reconciliations, and transaction processing while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Major Responsibilities:

Financial Record Management

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger entries.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial documentation.

  • Closing & Financial Support

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Support accounting activities for multiple entities and currencies.

  • Account Reconciliation

  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

  • Transaction Processing

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

  • Compliance & Audit Support

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

  • Provide support during audits and tax preparation activities.

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance is required.

  • Internship or academic project experience in accounting is preferred but not required.

  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and meet deadlines.
