About the role

As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative team responsible for managing and growing client relationships. You’ll support a variety of projects across both existing and new business, working closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts
• Assisting with the planning, tracking, and delivery of multiple projects
• Collaborating with account team members to ensure timelines, scopes, and deliverables are met
• Developing a strong understanding of client needs and project objectives
• Serving as a key point of contact for project-related client questions
• Preparing project status updates, reports, and documentation for client meetings
• Ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables
• Supporting both existing client work and new business opportunities

You bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Up to 2 years of experience in project management, account management, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
• A creative mindset and eagerness to learn and impress
