Associate Account Executive - Puppet EMEA (AP)

  • Account Management & Revenue Growth 
  • Manage and support a portfolio of existing Puppet customers 
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, including license expansion and adoption of additional products 
  • Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders, economic buyers, and procurement contacts 
  • Conduct business reviews ahead of renewals to validate value delivered and identify potential growth or retention risks 
  • Sales Support & Execution 
  • Support opportunity progression within existing accounts, including discovery, quoting, and contract execution 
  • Assist in managing renewals, expansions, and commercial conversations aligned to customer needs 
  • Maintain accurate account data, opportunity details, and activity tracking in Salesforce 
  • Collaboration & Customer Success 
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, Support, and Finance to ensure positive customer outcomes 
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, responding to questions and coordinating internal resources 
  • Share customer feedback internally to improve messaging, process, and product alignment 
  • Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a customer‑facing commercial role 
  • Experience with software, SaaS, or cloud solutions strongly preferred 
  • Understanding of account expansion, renewals, and customer lifecycle management 
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) 
  • Ability to analyze account data and identify growth opportunities 
  • Comfortable learning and supporting technical products and engaging with both technical and business stakeholders 
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
