NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Account Executive to join our team. In this critical role, you will support the account management process and work closely with the sales team to enhance our client relationships and drive sales growth. This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to bring innovative ideas to the table while supporting our clients' needs and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team in managing client accounts and fulfilling orders efficiently.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Build relationships with Accounts and Buying Assistants
  • Assist and support the sales team with all prep work for all meetings and presentations, including creating decks and picture packages.
  • Assist the team with comp shop / photos and reports.
  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries
  • Responsible for all market planning and logistics; including appointment scheduling, showroom set up/break down including transporting samples in boxes and on hangers, note taking, preparing account line sheets

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role (internships are acceptable).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
