(Assistant) Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a motivated Visual Merchandiser to join our team! You will be responsible for sourcing and modifying materials for various in-store setups, including visual assets like POP displays, lightbox, and screens. The position requires close collaboration with the stores in Hong Kong and assistance with the Macau region to ensure consistent branding and visual presentation.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and implement visual communications such as POP displays, lightbox, e-posters, and LED screens.

• Conduct regular shop visits and audits to assess visual merchandising effectiveness and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in setting up and refining displays at offline shop touch point (eg. pop-up shops, exhibitions...), Creating lightbox, POP/TVC and display tools.
• Adjust and source materials for in-store displays, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and store requirements.
• Oversee the management of e-poster software and TVC ads to ensure content is up to date and aligned with marketing goals.
• Regularly assess, report, and improve visual displays in stores while managing and organizing merchandising tools and resources for efficient use.

Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in design, visual merchandising, architecture or related field. 
• Have 1-3 years of experience in the Visual Merchandising field.
• Experience in graphic design and display for retail stores, pop-up openings, and expositions...etc.
• Able to execute design and installation work on-site at various stores and exhibition venues.
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop/ Premiere, and Microsoft Excel/ Word/ Powerpoint.
