The Role: Assistant Boutique Manager

This boutique is exclusively operated by REEDS Jewelers under the TAG Heuer brand, offering an opportunity to lead a store dedicated to a legacy of cutting-edge design, performance, and innovation in luxury timepieces. We’re looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Boutique Manager to lead an exceptional team, deliver an unforgettable client experience, and uphold the excellence of the TAG Heuer brand.

What You’ll Do 

Sales & Business Support 

  • Partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance, supporting sales goals, KPIs, and profitability 
  • Analyze sales trends to identify daily and weekly opportunities for growth 
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, leading by example on the sales floor 
  • Support effective merchandising, inventory management, and promotional execution 

Client Experience & Community Engagement 

  • Help foster a client-first culture centered on luxury service and elevated experiences 
  • Support an appointment-driven business model and assist in hosting client appointments 
  • Participate in personalized client outreach and clienteling efforts to build long-term relationships 
  • Assist with in-store events that drive traffic, elevate brand presence, and strengthen client loyalty 
  • Collaborate with corporate teams on local marketing and community initiatives 

Team Development & Leadership 

  • Support and enable the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of store associates 
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve personal and store sales goals 
  • Provide daily feedback, recognition, and developmental support to foster a high-performance team culture 
  • Help ensure all associates complete product knowledge, selling skills, and client service training 

Operations & Store Standards 

  • Support accurate inventory management, shrink control, and proper POS system use 
  • Ensure the boutique maintains brand visual standards and exceptional presentation 
  • Assist with payroll, scheduling, and operational tasks in alignment with business needs 
  • Help execute all store operations with attention to detail, efficiency, and excellence

Requirements

Required Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, timepieces, or jewelry 
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals while building brand loyalty 
  • Strong leadership presence with coaching, conflict resolution, and team-building skills 
  • Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools 
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to stand long durations of time and carry up to 30 lbs. 
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with premium timepiece brands 
  • GIA coursework or certifications 
  • Deep passion for horology and creating elevated, memorable client experiences
