Your New Role

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a leader in our new Melbourne Central store, supporting the Store Manager to deliver unforgettable in-store experiences that reflect our purpose, style, and energy.

This role is all about leadership, operational excellence, and premium customer connection. You’ll inspire and coach our retail team, ensure smooth day to day operations, and help create a world class shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back. Whether you’re leading by example on the floor, overseeing visual merchandising, or supporting store events and activations, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a customer first mindset to everything you do.

Your Day to Day

• Lead and inspire the retail team to deliver warm, genuine, and premium service
• Support the Store Manager with day to day operations, including rostering, stock management, and store compliance
• Drive sales and KPIs, motivating the team to exceed targets
• Maintain exceptional store presentation and high visual merchandising standards
• Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and confidence
• Support in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Act as Manager on Duty when required, confidently leading the store and team

What You Need

• Proven leadership experience in premium, luxury, or lifestyle retail
• Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams
• A customer first mindset and passion for delivering unforgettable experiences
• Confidence with operational responsibilities including rostering, stock, and compliance
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team oriented approach
• High attention to detail and pride in maintaining premium store standards
• Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and peak trade periods
• A passion for sustainability, design, and retail innovation
