Assistant Reception Manager (Maternity Cover)

As Assistant Reception Manager at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Front of House team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include  

• Assistant the Reception Manager in the daily operations of the front desk, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management 

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the reception team to ensure efficient and effective service 

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. 

• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction. 

• Monitor and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. 

• Prepare and reconcile daily financial reports and ensure proper documentation. 

• Assist with administrative duties, such as updating reservation logs and managing guest lists. 

• Train and mentor reception staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
