💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcome prospective residents and showcase our beautiful community
- Conduct property tours and highlight key amenities and features
- Process applications and lease paperwork with accuracy and care
- Maintain model units and office presentation
- Support marketing initiatives and online listings
- Provide exceptional service to current residents
- Collaborate with the team to meet occupancy and leasing goals
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
- Leasing or property management experience is a plus (but not required!)
- Experience with housing voucher programs is a bonus
- Customer service, sales, or retail background
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (Yardi experience a plus)
- Friendly, organized, and goal-oriented
- Must pass background, credit, and drug screening
