  • Assist with coordinating multiple multi-disciplinary building projects of any size
  • Assist with managing scope, budget, and schedule for building projects from the conceptual stages through planning, design, construction, and contract closeout
  • Attend project meetings as directed to assist in the generation of meeting minutes, logging and tracking tasks, and general project documentation
  • Assist with coordinating the efforts of the staff to achieve the client’s established project objectives
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Technical Competencies
  • Knowledge of multi-discipline project design execution and construction tasks, including logging and coordination of submittals and RFIs, reviewing contractor’s pay applications and waivers, closeout documentation, etc.
  • Experience with public sector clients and projects required
  • Experience with higher education clients and projects preferred
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
  • Detail-oriented with overall sense of urgency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the relationships between building-related design disciplines
  • Creativeness in providing new solutions to problems
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software 
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with planning or scheduling software
  • Supports Quality Assurance/Quality Control efforts
  • Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the architecture & engineering industry
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering
  • Professional registration is a plus but not required
  • Experience with Capital Development Board projects and/or municipal projects
  • Desire to move into a project management leadership position over time
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Salary
    $65,000 – $90,000 per year
