We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Writer & Publisher Relations team in London. In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between Kobalt and our clients supporting songwriters and publishers, ensuring their catalogues are accurately represented, and acting as an ambassador for our industry-leading administrative services.

You’ll help ensure our clients’ works are correctly onboarded, registered, and administered, enabling accurate royalty collection and long-term client success.

By Month 3:
You’ll have a strong understanding of Kobalt’s systems and client workflows. You’ll begin handling straightforward client queries and supporting internal teams with accurate catalogue information.
By Month 6:
You’ll manage a broad range of client needs confidently assisting with catalogue updates, providing performance insights, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex questions.
By Year 1:
You’ll have developed trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrated ownership of key accounts, and contributed to improved efficiency and accuracy across onboarding, administration, and client service.
Collaboration & Teamwork
You’ll work closely across departments to support client needs, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain accurate catalogue and account data.
Communication
You’ll communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders, adjusting your approach based on the audience and context.
Time Management & Prioritisation
You’ll manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and responsiveness.
