Your Role in Our Mission
As an Assistant Manager – Recruiting, you’ll be more than a recruiter. You’ll be a strategic partner to our hiring managers, a guide for candidates, and an ambassador of our culture. You’ll own the full cycle of recruitment while also shaping processes, mentoring others, and ensuring we deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
You get to collaborate on:
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft effective strategies.
Own end-to-end recruitment across roles and functions, from sourcing to offer.
Lead candidate evaluation: review applications, conduct phone screens, and deliver strong shortlists.
Manage and optimize Lever/ATS operations, ensuring data accuracy and insights-driven reporting.
Coach and support junior team members in recruitment best practices.
Coordinate national and international interview processes with precision and care.
Ensure candidates experience Enveda’s warmth, respect, and inclusivity at every touchpoint.
Maintain compliance and high-quality records across all recruitment activities.
