We’re hiring an Assistant Manager to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, team-driven retail environment and is passionate about storytelling through jewelry. In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading store operations and empowering your team to exceed customer expectations and sales goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example to inspire a customer-first mindset and create an engaging shopping experience
• Support day-to-day operations including sales coaching, visual merchandising, and inventory
• Ensure team members embody REEDS and Pandora values of integrity, innovation, and inclusivity
• Drive business goals by promoting both in-store and online purchases
• Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized service

Requirements

• High School Diploma/Equivalent or better
• Management Experience preferred
• Proven Retail Experience, at least 1 year
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
• Quality charm, and bracelet sales experience is preferred.
