  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Planning, and Technology teams to define business requirements and act as a bridge between operations and technology to enhance data collection and reporting processes.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and urgent operational requests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Information Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations analysis, operations management, or business analysis.
  • Experience in FMCG, wholesale, retail, food delivery, or e-commerce business is preferred
  • Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on skills in:
  • Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
  • SQL (joins, aggregations, data validation).
  • Power BI (data modeling and dashboard development).
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, impromptu assignments, and operational constraints.
  • Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional and operational teams.
  • Experience working with operational teams or on-site operations is a strong plus.
  • Positive “can-do” attitude and strong collaboration mindset.
