Job Summary  Lawyer for supporting the International Distribution and Syndication business. Key Responsibilities ·       Contract management  ·       Advising business teams sitting worldwide ·       Structuring, drafting, negotiating and closing contracts and transactions. ·       Building contract and compliance checklist and processes. ·       Research and analysis of various policies, amendments, rules, consultation papers, notifications. ·       Identifying and finding ways to reduce legal risk Working will various legal teams such as litigation, general entertainment and piracy Skills & Attributes for success ·       Anticipates potential barriers and develops alternate strategies; formulates an informed action plan to solve the problem ·       Act as a trusted member within the legal/compliance team. ·       Good research skills and staying current on evolving laws, guidelines and industry standards ·       Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a team and a fast-paced dynamic business environment ·       Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate legal issues and solutions in an articulate, precise and effective manner Preferred Education & Experience ·       3-5 years of experience ·       LLB
