We are looking for a dedicated leader to step in as Assistant Manager for our Live-Stream Operations. What You'll Do

• Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Live-Stream Executives, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement in human broadcasting.
• Assist in setting clear KPIs for the team, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to support career growth.
• Manage team scheduling, talent coordination, and resource allocation to ensure comprehensive coverage for all regional human-led livestreaming campaigns.
• Support the execution of the regional strategy for scaling livestreaming operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all markets.
• Create, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire livestream lifecycle, including equipment setup, OBS configuration, host preparation, and live troubleshooting.
• Oversee the master livestream calendar, coordinating with production, talent, local market, and tech teams to manage the flow of campaigns from inception to launch.
• Manage the team's inventory of streaming equipment, oversee procurement requests, and ensure all technical assets are properly maintained.
• Act as a primary technical authority and escalation point for critical in-stream issues, guiding the team and live hosts through complex troubleshooting.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure all human-led streams meet high standards for production value, audio/video quality, and content delivery.
• Stay at the forefront of livestreaming technology and industry best practices, evaluating new software and hardware to maintain our competitive edge.
• Aggregate and analyze team and stream performance data, translating raw metrics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients and leadership.
• Serve as a key operational contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives.
• Guide the team on live content optimization, including dynamic scripting, live host coaching, and real-time audience engagement strategies based on performance data.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and motivate a live production or broadcasting team.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in the live-streaming ecosystem, including software (OBS, vMix), hardware (cameras, audio), and platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, etc.).
• Strong operational and strategic mindset, with experience in developing processes, managing projects, and using data to drive optimization in live broadcasts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a strong background in e-commerce or live commerce, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure live environment.

Nice To Have

• Professional or business-level proficiency in Mandarin.
• Direct experience working for a live-streaming platform (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) or a Multi-Channel Network (MCN) in an operational capacity.
• Experience in talent management or coaching live stream hosts.
