Responsibilities:
· Handle accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, book entries, reconciliations, taxation and compliances.
. Support with maintenance of Management and statutory accounts.
· Review monthly Intercompany reconciliations and minimize out of balance
· Perform ledger scrutiny and handle month close activities
· Reconciling account balances and preparing month-end schedules
· Ensure accuracy of books of accounts and timely reporting
· Support internal and statutory audits and co-ordinate with tax consultants
· Adhere to internal controls systems and procedures and company guidelines.
· Support year-end close process
· Support Cash flow forecast and funds management
Providing information for tax and transfer pricing audit, assessments and tax return filing
Requirement
· Commerce Graduate with around 5 years post qualification experience
· Understanding and experience of accounting concepts
· Basic knowledge of direct and indirect tax
· Good communication skills
· Quick learner with high level of initiative, drive and attention to details
