Position : Assistant Manager, Catalog Operation Management (Quality)
What you will do:
Escalation Management & Strategic Review: Oversee the intake of all escalated customer complaints related to product information inaccuracies. Strategically review and prioritize cases based on business impact and severity.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Data Governance: Lead and direct collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce product data governance policies, ensuring rigorous verification of all published materials and specifications.
Systemic Root Cause Analysis & Prevention: Drive the investigation into systemic root causes, moving beyond individual errors to identify failures in processes, data flow, or communication. Develop and implement preventative measures to stop recurring issues.
Correction Strategy & Oversight: Define the strategy for corrective actions and oversee the implementation to update and standardize product information across all enterprise platforms, ensuring global consistency and data integrity standards are met.
Stakeholder Communication & Accountability: Manage communication protocols for investigation progress and final resolutions. Ensure timely, professional updates are delivered to internal stakeholders and high-priority customers, holding the team accountable for end-to-end resolution tracking.
Process Optimization & Strategy Formulation: Establish and lead the continuous process improvement lifecycle. Document and analyze recurring issues to formulate recommendations and present strategic proposals to senior management aimed at enhancing overall data quality and reducing future complaint volume.
