Job Summary: The role requires understanding business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and ensuring system solutions align with business processes and objectives. To act as a bridge and liaise between business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Ensure seamless Business Operations and Compliance adherence. Would be responsible for both implementation of functional & system requirements and seamless execution, delivery of projects on time. This role requires a balance of functional analysis expertise, project execution, Business operations, and strong stakeholder collaboratio Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and use cases
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, vendors to ensure accurate system implementation
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Support system design, configuration, and testing activities
  • Validate solutions through functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Maintain documentation such as process flows, functional specs, and data mappings
  • Provide support during system rollout and post-implementation phases
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned applications or systems
  • Ensure seamless Business Operations and Compliance adherence
  • Ensure timely implementation of change requests 
  • Skills and attributes for success:
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, system integrations, and enterprise applications
  • Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst and Business Operations 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Domain knowledge relevant to the business
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
