We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate to fill the position of Front Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail.
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. As a leader, you will supervise and train the front desk team, handle guest complaints and requests, and ensure the smooth operation of all front office procedures. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences at the Homewood Suites by Hilton, Dover, NH.
