Assist in the setup of field offices and work closely with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Assist with set up of field office facilities and filing system, scheduling of workers, and procurement of necessary equipment and materials.
Attend meetings and prepare minutes and field reports.
Work with subcontractors to complete project within the given budget and time frame.
Assure that proper safety standards and precautions are followed.
Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with scope of work.
Assist with preparing and completing punch list.
