We are currently hiring for our 5* resort Domes Miramare Corfu, The Luxury Collection, an ultimate luxury experience, located in Corfu.

Assistant F&B Manager

The Role:

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Domes Resorts supports the day-to-day operations of the resort's food and beverage services, with a strong focus on operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive mindset to help improve service quality, and drive profitability while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Some of the responsibilities:

F&B Operational Oversight

  • Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth service execution.
  • Act as the main point of contact for operational issues, troubleshooting problems in real-time.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs to check on cleanliness, service preparedness, and staff efficiency.

Guest Experience and Service Excellence

  • Monitor service delivery, ensuring all team members follow established service standards.
  • Personally interact with guests during peak hours to gather feedback and address any concerns.
  • Support the team in handling special requests, dietary restrictions, and VIP service requirements.

Food Safety Regulations and Standards

  • Monitor daily adherence to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with all legal and company standards.
  • Assist in implementing corrective measures for safety or hygiene concerns.

Team Management and Development

  • Provide hands-on leadership and support to F&B teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in training new hires, reinforcing service techniques and hospitality standards.
  • Conduct pre-service briefings with staff to ensure alignment on daily objectives and guest expectations.
  • Actively participate in coaching and motivating employees to maintain high morale and performance.

Requirements

Useful to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, F&B, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Good knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and F&B procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
