Assistant Director of Finance | AYANA Komodo

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Financial Controller to join our team at AYANA Komodo. In this role, you will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the efficient running of the Finance Department, in line with AYANA Hospitality's policies and standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of AYANA Komodo
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, and working capital and cash control.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with the Financial Controller in fulfilling the department's goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Having minimum of 2 years of experience in Managerial position from 4 or 5 star Hotel
• Strong knowledge in Accounting and Indonesian taxation
• Have a good analytical thinking and problem solving
• Good interpersonal skill and able to coordinate with other teams
• Having previous experience in reputable public accounting firm and exposure with SAP System will be an advantage
• Willing to be placed in Labuan Bajo
